Why do Nama and Rupa Come into Existence?
Nama and rupa do not come into successive existence without cause. They arise
because of perceptions of external objects experienced at the present and the deeds
(kamma) done in the past existences preserved in one's continuum. Hence, note that
the two root causes of nama and rupa are external perceptions and past deeds.

नाम और रूप क्यों अस्तित्व में आते हैं?

नाम और रूप बिना कारण के लगातार अस्तित्व में नहीं आते हैं। वे वर्तमान में अनुभव की गई बाहरी वस्तुओं की धारणाओं और व्यक्ति के सातत्य में संरक्षित पिछले जन्मों में किए गए कर्मों (कर्म) के कारण उत्पन्न होते हैं। इसलिए, ध्यान दें कि नाम और रूप के दो मूल कारण बाहरी धारणाएँ और पिछले कर्म हैं।
